This morning we had a slightly later start, the kids wanted to visit a water park so we went across to Typhoon Lagoon around 1030. Rob and I decided to head to Disney Springs for a few hours rather than spend all day at the water park.
We took a leisurely walk around looking in most of the shops, picking up a trivet and some coasters for Rob’s mum. We got some lunch at Earl of Sandwich which was good
We joined the rest of the guys back at Typhoon Lagoon at about 1430 and stayed there until about 1600 before heading back to the villa to freshen up for the evening.
We took an evening visit to Epcot with Amy getting back into her Queen Elsa outfit again. We wandered around to the Anna and Elsa meet which had a posted wait of 20 minutes, we walked in and were almost immediately outside the door waiting to meet them. There was one family in front of us when we got inside – so total wait was about 5 mins!
Amy was absolutely thrilled to meet Elsa, and again we got some brilliant photos! Hayden also wanted a photo but Ellis was insistent that he wasn’t going anywhere near them... which amused both of the characters!
Next up, we had a FP for Frozen Ever After, although the line seemed pretty long! It moved fast though and we were on the ride after a few minutes wait. I did find it hard not to compare to Maelstrom but it is a nice change for the kids.
We did also get the final stamp on the Duffy bears at the Kidcot spot, and took a look around the Norway shop!
We decided not to stay for Illuminations so instead took a last ride on Spaceship Earth on our way out. We headed back to drop everyone at the villa and then Rob and I got some pizza from Friendlys before bed!
