Today we were visiting Royal Caribbean’s private island: Perfect day at Coco Cay.
We arrived at about 0730 and had breakfast in the MDR, which was omelettes and a cinnamon roll and muffin.
We left the ship at about 0930 and had a look around the island, we found some sunbeds on South Beach and spent a few hours just relaxing.
We had a mix of sun and light cloud until around 1330 when it looked a bit darker. We headed back towards the ship and got a quick lunch on the way.
It started to rain lightly so we went back to the ship, we got a last few photos along the way.
By the time we got back to our cabin it had started to rain more heavily and you could see people heading back towards the 2 ships that were docked today.
We had a rest in the cabin as obviously we had been very busy today!
We were going to have dinner in the MDR but neither of us really liked the options on the menu, so instead we went to Johnny Rockets.
This had an extra charge but it was better in terms of options for us, including an extra charge for my milkshake and an extra tip for our server we spent $45 here.
This was probably a little expensive but it was better than eating something we didn’t really want in the MDR.
We came back to our cabin just as our attendant had tidied up for us and we packed our luggage, dropping it outside at 2000, well ahead of our 2200 deadline.
We spent the rest of the evening in our cabin watching tv – there was a show we could have watched but we were too lazy!
