10th March
This morning we had a later start as we had got back reasonably late
last night. We continued our pattern of breakfast in the villa and then headed
to Publix to buy some lunch (because of course that makes perfect sense)!
We then had a lazy afternoon by pool which resulted in very few
photos…..
We did consider going across to Citywalk this evening but the traffic
looked busy so we decided to go to Championsgate for dinner. Unfortunately it
was quite busy so we ended up at Red Robin which was ok but probably not as
good as some of the other options.
11th March
This morning we were leaving the villa and moving to the Buena Vista
Palace for our final night. So we finished packing our bags and did the washing
(towels, sheets etc) and packed everything into the car.
It didn’t take us long to get to the hotel and we checked in around
midday. Surprisingly our room was available (although we were later to discover
that wasn’t as good news as it seems). So we unloaded the car and went to get
lunch.
We walked over to Disney Springs to get another lunch at Earl of Sandwich.
In case you haven’t noticed we really like the sandwiches…!
We then decided to head back to the hotel for a bit of pool time, we did
some floating in the lazy river and then lounged about until it started to
cloud over and cool down a little.
For our final evening meal we headed over to NYPD pizza on Universal Blvd
(across from Shingle Creek), we both really like the pizza and fries and the
prices are shockingly low.
Back to the hotel and we took a stroll around Disney Springs, I’m pretty
sure I got a flat white along the way.
