Our alarm went off at 0630, so we got ready and had breakfast in the room.
We were visiting Animal Kingdom and walked into the park just before 0830.
We walked straight to Flight of Passage which took longer than I hoped - about an hour and 30 but they did announce that they were having some technical issues.
Once off we went over to Everest which had a 10 min wait and then triceratop spin which is clearly a ride for adults 🤣
We then had an early lunch at Satu’li canteen, I had the kids meal which was plenty for me.
We then decided to do the Safari which claimed to have a 45 min wait….it was barely 20!
Then we needed soft serve ice cream which we are sure has got smaller but it was still delicious.
Our final ride of the day was Dinosaur in case it isn’t open next time! We almost didn’t make it….but luckily we did!
Back at the hotel we decided to do a short gym session 😮
We had dinner at Sana’a where we had the same server (Dan) that served us on our first visit to the restaurant about 10 years ago.
We had the bread service and Rob got a new hot sauce which he enjoyed.
Then Rob had steak for a change and I had chicken curry with a lot of vegetables.
Finally, I had a butterscotch pudding and Rob had the triple chocolate dessert. He also got chai cream which he was very excited about.
This used to be part of a dessert but they got rid of it and every time we go back Rob hopes it will be back.
Back to the room where I was hoping to watch fireworks but was too tired so went to sleep instead 🤣
